Ponder: SABBATH is spiritual activity that requires physical inactivity. Practice: Remember the SABBATH day, to keep it holy. (Exodus 20:8 – KJV)

Ponder: Those who truly believe the SCRIPTURE will surely behave the SCRIPTURE. Practice: All SCRIPTURE is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness. (2 Timothy 3:16 – RSV)

Ponder: God’s love is not affected by your SECRETS. Practice: He knows the SECRETS of the heart. (Psalm 44:21 – HCSB)

Ponder: With regard to God, SUPREME is an understatement. Practice: Praise his SUPREME greatness. (Psalm 150:2 – GNT)

Ponder: God does not just give us SWEET dreams, He fulfills them. Practice: A desire fulfilled is SWEET to the soul. (Proverbs 13:19 – ESV)
