The Step-by-Step Discipleship Process has changed my life dramatically since I came across Disciplers International (DI) by the help of the Holy Spirit. The goal of discipleship is to experience spiritual intimacy with God and others; knowing this has changed my mindset, both towards God and others.

‎My aim is to make disciples by taking them through the Step-by-Step Process and, thus, to fulfill the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19-20.  From time-to-time I go to the hospital to pray for the sick and give them words of encouragement and also support them.

Through the experience I gained from the Step-by-Step training I was able to go out and make disciples through my “megaPHONE.” I also make use of my communication devices (phone, charger, internet service) provided for me by DI to make disciples online. I cannot take for granted the gadgets purchased for me by DI, because without them I could not connect to the DI meetings and lead online training sessions. I’m now able to connect with people in my country and around the world, which is a great blessing and opportunity.

‎I follow the footsteps of our Lord Jesus Christ by investing my character, competence and conduct in others and then getting a return on my investment when the people I disciple do likewise. This is what discipleship is all about!

My vision and strategy for discipling women in Nigeria and beyond is for them to have the knowledge of what the Step-by-Step Discipleship Process is about and the impact it will create when they share their experiences with others. Additionally, I encourage those whom I disciple to encourage their Disciples to rely on the Holy Spirit because, ultimately, God is the One who fulfills the Great Commission. Finally, I want us to come together once in a month if possible for fellowship and prayer.

Gloria is on my left wearing a dark blue top; her daughter, whose name is Goodness, is on my right. ‎Gloria was one of the Disciples I trained using the Step-by-Step Process. She is a single mother. Glory confessed that the training experience made a big impact in her life. She now has a passion to spread the Word of God and the Good news of our Lord Jesus Christ to others.

Gloria told me that the spiritual intimacy she experiences with God and love for others have increased ever since she started the Step-by-Step Process. She also confessed to hearing more from God since she started the training.

Sis Patience Ngozi is a mother of three, and a lecturer at the University of Nigeria in Nsukka. She has a passion for spreading the gospel of Jesus. Gloria is currently going through the Step-by-Step Process with me as her Discipler. Her story on an imaginary journey was so real, and Patience loves to recap what we’ve learned after each training session. She said that Guide to Worship helped her to be still and seek God for all her trials in life.

According to Patience, the Step-by-Step Process has created a passion in her heart to win more souls for Christ.  She plans to use the training she has received to disciple students in the campus/school where she lectures, and these will create a greater understanding of what discipleship is all about to students and core lecturers as well.

I introduced the discipleship training process to the Evangelist in my church, they were very happy to hear about it. Miss Naomi (in the blue shirt) shares with us how the Step-by-Step Process has changed her life.

Our heavenly Father is in the business of transforming lives into the image of His Son, and the Step-by-Step Process is a means to that end.
